How long is a check-in?

Each visit is about 15 to 20 minutes. Just enough for a bathroom break, refresh, and a little tail-wagging interaction.

Is a walk included with a check-in?

No formal walks, but we do a quick stretch and sniff outside if requested. For structured leash time, our Dog Walks service is your go-to.

What kinds of pets are check-ins best for?

Check-ins are great for dogs or cats who enjoy short visits, like adult pets with steady routines, playful kittens, or seniors who prefer gentle care and quiet company.
